Lips are one of the most beautiful features of the human face. They provide facial expressions and they are an essential part of the face and their augmentation and remodeling can have a tremendous effect on the face. Restylane and Juvederm are skin fillers which are used usally on the lips. They are natural components in a form of a gel which is similar to hyaluronic acid which is found in our body. Injections usually last from one to two years. Beautiful lips are the first thing you notice in a person. Lips must be delicate and to be in harmony with the face. Having “super” full lips, doesn’t mean they look beautiful in you. It would be enough to have a natural augmentation to give the lips a very beautiful appearance. It is very important if you adapt your lips with the face shape, cheeks and chin in order to be in a perfect harmony with the face.
Cheek augmentation is a cosmetic surgical procedure that is intended to emphasize the cheeks on a person's face in order to be in perfect harmony with the face. A beautiful face can’t be really beautiful without beautiful cheekbones. Cheek augmentation can be done with two techniques: augmentation with filler injections (this category includes: Juvederm Voluma, Restylane, Sculptra, Radiesse, Belotero, Perlane etc). Cheek Implants (this is realized by placing implants on the cheekbone level giving the face a perfect look and in harmony. This procedure lasts about an hour and it can be done with local anesthesia. Healing stage: 5 days. The patient is recommended to limit the facial muscles movements during those days
Chin remodeling, whether it takes the form of reduction or augmentation, can help bring all your features into better balance. Chin reduction is accomplished either by reshaping the bone with a burr to produce a smooth contour or by removing a small piece of bone and repositioning the chin. This process is referred to a reduction genioplasty. Chin augmentation increases the size of the chin either through the use of an implant, or by removing a section of bone, moving it forward and fixing it into position. This second technique is called sliding genioplasty, and can also be used for a vertical adjustments of facial dimensions. It is not uncommon for either of these procedures to be performed in conjunction with a face lift or nose reshaping.
